About Us

The Curious Quill Book Shoppe started in 2023 inside Made With Love Not Gluten Bakery in Mount Joy, Pennsylvania, by Jennifer Anteau.  When it became necessary for Jennifer to sell the bakery due to medical issues within the family, Jennifer spun the bookstore off.

The Curious Quill Book Shoppe is currently open on the square in Manheim, Pennsylvania. We are committed to providing our customers with a wide selection of books, knowledgeable staff, and a warm and inviting atmosphere.  Our goal is to help you find some time to relax, enjoy a treat, and find a book that takes you on a new adventure.  We carry a wide and expanding variety of books, from bestsellers to obscure titles and local authors.   Whether you are looking for children's book or adult fiction books, our staff will gladly help you find something that interests you.

We also host in store events throughout the year. We're always looking for new ways to connect with our community, and we hope you'll join us for one of our events.
